A) Professional Fees: Our service charge is 8.33% of the annual fixed compensation (including Basic Salary, Special Allowance, HRA, Transportation Allowance, and other applicable benefits) for all positions.
B) Operating Procedure: In case the selected candidate leaves within 90 days of joining, a one-time free replacement will be provided at no additional cost. If a replacement for the same position is not possible, we will provide candidates for equivalent salary levels to fulfill the commitment. If the candidate is found unsuitable and is asked to leave by the company within 90 days, no replacement obligation shall apply.
C) Payment Terms: Bonbella Talent Solutions will raise an invoice on the candidate’s joining date, and payment should be made within 15 days of invoicing.
